Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products

Any Pet related items that show use from pet.
Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUND POLICY

Refunds
We can only offer refunds in cases where we are at fault such as:
i) The item is lost in the mail and does not get delivered, or does not arrive in the time frame outlined 
ii) The item is broken on arrival (please provide photographs via email)

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect addresses or wrong sizing due to misreading or misunderstanding of information provided.

We do not offer refunds for 'free' promotional items as shipping and insurance will have already been paid for



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days after approval. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE and Clearance Items Cannot be Refunded..

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@PrivyPets.com and send your item to: 5665 Atlanta Hwy STE 103-232 Alpharetta Georgia US 30004.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

PrivyPets.com is a small company that works with larger companies to provide you with the best deals and shipping fulfillment. This means slightly longer shipping times than you might be used to, however, you can sleep well knowing that you'll be getting the absolute best prices on the internet.
Which service depends on what you order and from which location it ships from.
80% of PrivyPets.com’s orders are in transit to you in 5 business days or less. Once in awhile, we get a hot deal from a partner that might take a little longer, so as a general rule, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks total shipping time, most are faster.

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify (typically 10-18 days once it has shipped), we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. 

All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 10-18 days after processing, while international delivery may take slightly longer, depending on which country you reside in. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. 

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. Tracking:
Tracking is emailed upon request to you as soon as your tracking number is available. Please note, it may take an additional period of time for your tracking information to show movement.
Multiple Packages:
If you ordered multiple items please note that some items are shipped separately. For each item ordered you may receive a separate package.

Some of our products are sourced from Asia. We send parcel via ePacket and will take 8-18 days to get to you

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

"LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, first check with friends, family, roommates or neighbors in case they have seen or received it on your behalf. 
If you exhaust all avenues, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carriers. File a Police Report if you believe your product was stolen."
